- Access the app: Open the Importass app on your device and select the option to access with Cl@ve.
- Register with Cl@ve: If you are not yet registered with Cl@ve, select the option to do so. Follow the instructions, which will probably ask you to verify your identity using a code sent to your mobile phone or email.
- Request a permanent code: Once you have registered in the app, select the option to request a permanent code. You will need to enter data such as your ID or address. You may be asked to identify yourself again.
