As we progress through the Call of Duty Black Ops 6 campaign , we will encounter different puzzles that we may or may not be able to solve to get different rewards. In this case, we will tell you about the safe that is in one of the rooms of the shelter at the beginning of the game.
To unlock the safe, you’ll need to get to a secret room inside a bunker hidden inside the safe itself, as the code is different in each game. Below, we’ll explain step by step how to get to the room in case you want to get the code yourself, but we’ll also give you the solution to the different codes that can appear.
How to solve the boiler puzzle to activate the shelter’s electricity.
The first step we will follow will be to go to the basement of the shelter , where we will find a boiler that is apparently broken according to what we can read in the files that are scattered around the room. To fix it and turn on the electricity we will have to do the following:
- Turn the Heater valve twice.
- Turn the Fuel valve once.
- Press the Pilot button once until a yellow light comes on.
- Turn the Heater valve twice.
Once you do this, the pilot button will turn green, indicating that you have successfully turned on the electricity to a secret door .
How to solve the piano puzzle to open the secret door in the shelter.
Once the electricity is activated, you will have to leave the basement and go up to where Marshall is , then go straight and enter the room where there is a piano. There, you will have to turn on the ultraviolet light to see different symbols on the walls, which will indicate which keys you should play on the piano .
Now, you will have to approach the piano to interact with it and pass the ultraviolet light through the upper area of the keys , on the wood. After doing this, you will see the same symbols that were on the wall. However, if you prefer to save yourself the trouble of memorizing the symbols , we leave you the solution below.

Upon completing the puzzle, the door to the right of the piano will automatically open , giving you access to the bunker in the shelter, where you’ll have to continue solving a few small puzzles to reach the secret room.
How to solve the door code with the keypad in the bunker.
As soon as we go down to the bunker, we will have to go to a door that will be closed but we will have to open it thanks to a code that we put on the keyboard there. The trick here is to turn on the ultraviolet light and see which keys have been previously pressed so that we can make different key combinations and find the solution.
The bad news is that this solution is completely random , so you can only try mixing numbers. Although, as you combine and try combinations, the game itself tells you if the number is correct , is not correct, or is correct but is in another position.
How to hack the bunker computer
This puzzle is more or less the same style as the previous one, although the good thing is that it is even easier to understand and solve. All you have to do is look at the series of numbers that are given to you at the top of the computer, and then look at the bottom, where you will see the numbers translated into letters , which you will have to write in the corresponding space.
