Female Characters in Elden Ring.
Female characters in Elden Ring play a crucial role in shaping the game’s world and narrative.
15. Light Seeker Hoytta
A young, naive girl who has had an “epiphany.” Heuta is a slender girl in a shabby dress with a modest cape thrown over it. Her eyes are covered with a thick bandage.
She wholeheartedly believes in the “light” of the Fingers and persistently seeks a way to their favor. Heytta faithfully carries out the fatal mission, naively mistaking the eyes of the madmen for “Shabriri grapes.”
14. Raya
Raya hides her true nature under the guise of a gentle girl. She looks like a young aristocrat with pale skin and delicate, almost fragile features. She wears a green dress embroidered with golden patterns. Her light hair softly frames her face. At first glance, there is nothing about her that would give away her snake nature.
Raya is actually a half-breed, able to assume snake form, the result of a questionable ritual at Vulcan Manor. Raya tries to be friendly and sincere, but is burdened by the secrets of her birth. The adopted daughter of Lady Tanith, she recruits the Extinguished, not fully understanding what is happening at the estate.
13. Latenna, Albinorca
An archer who relies on her direwolf for support. Lathena wears a delicate, light green scaled robe that resembles fine chainmail, a silvery chest armor, and a neat chainmail cap. Lathena always sits, as she cannot move on her own two feet.
Lathena is an albino from the snowy sacred lands. She traveled with her faithful direwolf Lobo until he fell in battle. Now she hides behind a cave near the misty lake of Liurnia, west of the ruins of Lasciar. She seeks to return home to give her younger sister Phillia a drop of fertility – a gift that will help the young albino give life.
12. Irina from Morn
A fragile, blind girl who became a hostage to a bloody riot in her own home. Irina is a young blonde with a blindfold. She is dressed in a simple gray dress, slightly worn and stained with blood.
Irina’s armed escort is killed fighting the bastards. Despite her physical weakness and complete blindness, Irina tries to help her father, Commandant Morn. The Extinguished One is able to help her, but upon returning, he finds Irina dead.
11. Roderick
A fragile, fair-haired girl in a white dress with a short red cloak. Elegant gloves and boots indicate her aristocratic origin.
Roderica is a timid spirit guide who has found her calling. She is painfully aware of the deaths of her companions who went to Storm Curtain Castle on the advice of a man in a white mask. The girl often considers herself a “coward” and sees her uselessness in the lack of visions of grace. However, it is this modest woman who has a rare talent for teaching spirits.
10. Tanit
The fearless mistress of Vulcan’s estate and the faithful companion of the blasphemous lord. Tanit sits majestically on her throne, dressed in a pale pastel gown with delicate patterns and a high collar. Her head is crowned with a thin crown with a translucent veil.
Tanith was once a dancer in foreign lands, whose graceful movements captivated Ricard, the future blasphemous lord. Enchanted by him, she stood by his side without hesitation, even when her husband took the form of a great serpent. Tanith fears no curses or whispers of blasphemy, and continues to support Ricard unconditionally. She is not only the mistress of Vulcan’s estate, but also the heart of this rebellious stronghold.
9. Queen Marika
The Lady of the Tree of Erd and the true vessel of the Ring of Elden, Marika appears as a majestic goddess with delicate features and a long braided braid. Her statue, with arms outstretched, seems to float above the ground, wrapped in flowing folds of stone.
Marika is not just the ruler of the Between-earth, but a goddess chosen by the Great Will as a vessel for the Elden Ring. Her descendants are demigods, each of whom inherits a certain part of their mother’s power through great runes. Her decisions and plans once turned the whole world upside down, causing the Shattering of the Ring and a series of bloody wars. As punishment, Marika was imprisoned in the very heart of the Tree of Erd. Her further fate is directly connected with the deeds of the Extinguished.
8. Millicent
A fragile carrier of the scarlet rot, searching for her way in the world of gods and monsters. Millicent is a thin red-haired girl, dressed in a modest dress of pinkish-crimson tones, much worn and tattered. Her right hand has already been consumed by the red rot.
You will meet Millicent at the temple on the cliff of the Star Wastes, where she, literally paralyzed by rot, waits for someone to answer her silent call for help. By bringing her the golden needle and then finding the girl a “Valkyrie prosthesis”, you will witness her return to fighting form. She will regain the ability to fight and continue her journey, striving to understand her own role in the fate of the Sacred Tree of Mikella.
7. Sorceress Sellen
A disgraced heretic witch whose soul is focused on primordial magic, Sellena wears a long, dark blue robe that conceals her feminine form, and atop her head is a massive stone mask with glittering crystal shards.
You first meet Sellena in the ruins of Zamgilya, where she exists only as an illusion. After unlocking access to her real body, you learn that Sellena is cursed by Radan – her time has stopped. But once the stars finally start moving again, the witch will once again have the ability to change the world, realizing the dream of “pure” primordial magic. If desired, the player can either side with Sellena or against her.
6. Fiya, companion of the dead
The consoler of fallen heroes, Fiya, sits in the fortress of the round table in a semi-dark room on a bed, covered with a dark green robe.
You first meet Fia in the Fortress of the Round Table. She is ready to offer her “embrace” to any Extinguished, giving a special buff blessing. However, her true motives are revealed only later, when she begins to search for the Rune of the Prince of Death to realize her own vision of the “Age of Twilight”. You can support her in her daring undertaking to bring the fallen prince back to life, or leave her dream unfulfilled.
5. Nefeli Lux
A fearless warrior who stands up for the weak. Nefeli is a dark-skinned Amazon with a chain around her waist, to which are attached rags and feathers that hold the memory of battles. She wears rough clothes made of fur and cloth, her arms are strong, and her gaze is full of determination. A half-mask-hat hides part of her face, but reveals her hard, clearly defined features.
Initially, Nefeli can be found in Storm Veil Castle, where she will help the hero fight Godric the Hundred-Handed. Later, she will begin to be tormented by doubts about her father, but if the player wishes, she can be inspired by the newly acquired symbol of the storm, the ashes of the Storm Hawk King. Continuing the journey with Nefeli, you will see how the rebellious Amazon overcomes her fears and becomes a true protector.
4. Queen Rennal Fullmoon
The ruler of Liurnia and the rector of the Raii Lucari Academy, Renala wears a wide robe of deep blue tones, a majestic moon crown on her head, and a shining crystal scepter in her hands.
Rennala is the direct heir of the Caria family, who headed the Academy of Raya Lucaria and united many mages under her magical cover. However, the departure of Radagon, her husband, who was destined to become the second husband of Queen Marika, undermined Rennala. Left with a broken heart, she became a prisoner of her own grief and the Great Library, forever cradling an amber egg with the great rune of Rebirth.
3. Malenia, Blade of Mikella
A majestic and merciless goddess of rot. Malenia wears golden armor with a fur collar, and a scarlet cloak that casts the color of ripening blood. Her helmet with winged horns emphasizes her divine stature, and under her armor you can see how rot has attacked her body. Slender and proud, she does not show her suffering, although it eats away at her from the inside.
As the daughter of Marika and Radagon, Malenia inherited immense power that is poisoned by the red rot. She is fiercely loyal to her brother Mikella and is ready to destroy anything that stands in his way.
2. Melina
Melina looks like a fragile girl with blond hair and a scar on her left eye, dressed in an inconspicuous gray-green cloak with a wide hood. Underneath it is a white dress that sets off her pale skin. Melina’s gaze is shy and slightly detached.
Melina plays a key role in the Extinguished One’s journey. She is a guide who gives the hero the power of the runes and helps him unlock the potential needed to get closer to the throne of the Lord of Elden. Her goal is to reach the Tree of Erd and fulfill her destiny. As a disembodied spirit, she is like a ghost forced to find her place in a world that has long ceased to feel like home to her.
1. Rennie the Witch
Rennie is a four-armed sorceress with sky-blue skin and a long white dress. Over it, she wears a fluffy cape and a wide-brimmed bonnet on her head.
In reality, Rennie is the heir to the Kariya royal family and the adopted daughter of Queen Marika. However, she rejected the role Two Fingers intended for her and instead went against their will. Rennie’s future path involves destroying Two Fingers, gaining the power of the dark moon, and ushering in the “Age of Stars.” If the Extinguished One agrees to support Rennie to the end, he will be granted a special ending in which the moon witch becomes the driving force behind a new world order, far removed from Queen Marika.
