Fortnite and Mortal Kombat joined forces at the start of Chapter 6, Season 2, adding Sub-Zero to the Battle Pass. However, it looks like that’s not all this collaboration will bring. On April 1, Epic Games released a Mortal Kombat-focused update, adding characters, weapons, and even landmarks from the game to Fortnite.To celebrate the merger of the two games, Epic Games has also added Mortal Kombat Quests to Fortnite, giving players a unique opportunity to gain XP and level up their accounts before the end of the Lawless Season.
How to Complete the Cryomancer’s Decision Quests in Fortnite.
There are six Cryomancer’s Resolve challenges in Fortnite. Each challenge is worth 30,000 XP, so just by completing the first set of Mortal Kombat challenges in Fortnite, players can earn 180,000 XP , almost two levels.

Players will have to deal a total of 500 damage to enemy players in this location to complete this challenge. Luckily, there will be plenty of players to deal damage to, as they will be constantly landing here to try to get the Scorpion Medallion. |
| Destroy players’ shields at a distance of more than 10 meters (5) | This quest is perhaps the simplest in this set, requiring players to only damage the shields of an enemy standing at least 10 meters away. |
| Collect the First Blood Medallion in different matches (2) | To get the First Blood Medallion in Fortnite, players will have to either defeat Scorpion in the Pit or try to track down whoever did it, eliminate them, and steal the Medallion from them. If players decide to go the latter route, they should keep an eye on the map and follow the orange circle once it forms near Scorpion’s previous location. |
| Hit your opponent with a Kombat Kit Kick and Uppercut within 5 seconds. | Kombat Kits have two different attacks, and players must hit the enemy with each attack within 5 seconds to complete this quest . Luckily, this quest can be completed on hostile NPCs, so players don’t have to force themselves to go against an enemy player, making it easier to get out of this fight alive. |
| FATALITY – Defeat Scorpion while carrying Sub-Zero’s Battle Pack. | To complete this quest, players must first obtain the Sub-Zero Battle Kit, which can be found in chests or on the floor. Once players have found it, they must visit Scorpion in the Pit and defeat him by reducing his health to zero. |
Fortnite has two additional Mortal Kombat quest sets, with Hellfire’s Vengeance coming Thursday and Balance of Power coming next Tuesday.
