Survey of client health systems yields a 98.3 managed IT services score, underscoring partnership, experience and execution across EHR and ERP engagements.
KANSAS CITY, MO. – September 15, 2026 – Healthcare IT Leaders, a national leader in IT consulting and workforce solutions, today announced findings from the Healthcare IT Leaders Complete Look 2026 Report published by KLAS Research. Based on interviews with 26 respondents across 24 client organizations, the professional services firm earned a 91.5 Overall Performance Score across all six service lines with 100% of responding clients stating they would buy from Healthcare IT Leaders again.
The report evaluates client experiences across six types of professional engagements offered by Healthcare IT Leaders: managed IT services, business solutions implementation, go-live support, IT planning and assessment, HIT staffing and technical services. Specifically for managed IT services, the validated clients rated Healthcare IT Leaders 98.3 and cited support for Oracle Health EHR applications, legacy maintenance during Epic migrations and Workday application management services (AMS).
Key performance metrics highlighted in the report include account management, value for money and client willingness to rehire the firm. High scores in account management reflect the firm’s focus on proactive communication, collaboration and long-term client relationships, some extending up to 15 years.
Clients surveyed by KLAS also noted Healthcare IT Leaders’ technical domain expertise and operational responsiveness:
