GTA 4 Cheats (PS3, Xbox 360 and PC)
1. Weapons, status, weather and vehicles
The codes are the same for all three versions of GTA 4 and must be entered on Niko Belic’s cell phone (press on the controller or the equivalent on the keyboard to access).
Enter the following numbers for the desired effect. After using a code, a new “Cheats” menu will appear on the mobile.
Attention: 
Using codes blocks the receipt of certain trophies/achievements.
- Change the weather: 468-555-0100 (repeat to cycle through eight different weather types);
- Get an advanced weapons kit (baseball bat, combat pistol, combat shotgun, SMG, carbine, sniper rifle, RPG and grenades): 486-555-0100;
- Get a weak weapons kit (knife, pistol, shotgun, micro-SMG, assault rifle, sniper, RPG and Molotov cocktails): 486-555-0150;
- Increase wanted level: 267-555-0150;
- Remove wanted level: 267-555-0100;
- Restore Armor: 362-555-0100;
- Restore health, armor, and ammo (also restores car when inside one): 482-555-0100;
The following codes make vehicles appear, one at a time (if you use another one in sequence, the previous vehicle will disappear).

2. Locations of weapons, energy, armor, vehicles, pigeons, ramps and entertainment
- Access any computer within the game;
- Go to whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com;
- The site lists all points of interest on the map, including hard-to-locate items.
3. Unlockable Bonuses
- 50% off all clothing stores: get 80% affinity with Alex;
- Carmen Energy Boost: Get 80% affinity with Carmen;
- Remove 3 wanted stars with Kiki: Get 80% affinity with Kiki;
- Boom? (Packie builds a car bomb): Get 75% affinity with Packie;
- Chopper Ride: Get 70% affinity with Brucie;
- Discounted Weapons: Get 60% Affinity with Little Jacob;
- Gang Help: Get 60% affinity with Dwayne;
- Ride a taxi for free: Get 60% affinity with Roman;
- Annihilator Helicopter: Kill all 200 pigeons;
- Rastah Color Huntley SUV: Complete all 10 package delivery missions;
- Remove ammo limit: Complete the game 100%.
4. Find the “heart” of Liberty City (and win a t-shirt)
First, gain access to Happiness Island in the game. Once you’ve done that, head to the helipad and steal a helicopter. Fly to Happiness Island, over the Statue of Liberty, and jump at her feet on the level where there are four doors that are not accessible on foot.
Next to the doors are signs that say “No Hidden Content this way” and the doors appear to be locked, but you can simply walk through them. Inside the room, go up the metal staircase and you will see the Statue of Liberty’s heart, chained and beating.
While still on Happiness Island, go to the first level of doors (accessible on foot from the base) and walk towards one of them until the screen goes black for a few moments. When the screen comes back on, Niko Belic will be wearing a Statue of Liberty t-shirt.
5. Get money the easy way
Go to an ATM and cause a traffic jam so that an ambulance cannot reach the location. Wait for an NPC to use the ATM, kill him, pick up the money on the ground and walk away a short distance. Come back and the money will be on the ground again. Repeat as many times as you want.
6. Activate the Mr. Tasty truck cheat
When you’re driving a Mr. Tasty ice cream truck, one of the songs that will play is called the “GTA Theme”, usually right after “Flight of the Bumblebee”. When it starts playing, call ZiT and let him hear the song.
Shortly after, he will send you an SMS confirming the name of the song, which will restore your energy and armor completely. This cheat works like cell phone codes, so it blocks the receipt of certain trophies/achievements.
