Best professions for each skill in Stardew Valley

Although we only level up our character through the different areas Stardew Valley offers by playing, we’ll reach a certain point where we’ll have to choose which branch to dedicate ourselves to . That’s why, in this guide, we’ll show you all the available branches and which ones would be ideal to select.

All Stardew Valley skills and professions

Skills are player attributes that increase in level through the use of tools or specific actions, such as fighting or harvesting, among others. Each skill has ten levels , and in total, we have five different attributes . Upon reaching level five of each of these, we can choose a profession, which will influence the next profession we choose from the same branch when we reach the maximum level.

Agriculture

The Farming skill is gained by harvesting crops and caring for animals . Petting, milking, shearing, or collecting produce left in pens and stables will give you 5 experience points . Keep in mind that using a scythe or watering can does not provide experience.
