A souls-like anime about vampires with huge eyes. The protagonist is resurrected thanks to a girl named Lu, who gives him a piece of her heart, linking their destinies. Now he must destroy the cocoons containing the immortals. But to reach each cocoon, he must befriend its owner—to do so, he travels into the past and participates in key events in the lives of others.
It’s a classic Souls-like game with attacks, dodges, and shields. The main feature is the Form system. Weapon Forms grant special attacks and buffs (up to four per weapon), while defensive Forms grant shields and parry. The “Dungeon” attack restores mana on bleeding enemies and looks very anime-like. The combat system allows for experimentation with builds.
Companions are a vital part of the game. They distract enemies, provide passive buffs, and can revive them at the cost of their health. The characters are well-written, and their stories are engaging to follow. The visuals are pleasing to the eye (anime fans will love them), and the open world offers wide, picturesque corridors to explore.
Nioh 3 is Japan all over again, with its evil yokai and frantic sword fights. Set after the first two games, the main character is Tokugawa Iemitsu, the grandson of the legendary shogun. He inherited not only power but also a host of problems in the form of otherworldly creatures. You can customize your character’s appearance, offering complete freedom.
There are now two combat styles, which you can switch between on the fly. Samurai is the familiar one from previous games: stances, stamina, and parrying. Ninja style is new and faster. Instead of stamina, it uses a special energy that allows you to teleport behind enemies, create clones, and attack from the air. Fighting in this mode is more challenging, but more spectacular.
The world has become less linear. Instead of narrow levels, there are now large zones where you can take side quests or explore particularly dangerous areas teeming with powerful monsters. Clearing these areas will open the way to the next level. In difficult moments, you can call on another player to help you through the area together.

A strange, funny, and surprisingly deep tactical game about battle cats. At first, it all sounds like a joke: you breed kittens, assemble a squad of them, and send them into turn-based battles. The game’s core is turn-based tactics with a huge number of options. With hundreds of items, a ton of skills, and tons of interactions, every run becomes more than just a fight, but a puzzle. Mewgenics isn’t just about combat, either: base maintenance, home development, and decisions about who to keep, who to breed, and who to trade for profit are all important. The result is a rare blend of roguelike, tactics, and a frantic cat breeding simulator.
REANIMAL

A gripping horror game from the creators of Little Nightmares. You play as a brother and sister trying to rescue their missing friends and escape a nightmarish version of their home. The world around them is populated by terrifying creatures, and the atmosphere is tense from the very first minute.
The gameplay blends stealth, platforming, and puzzles. Hide from monsters, climb ledges, search for keys, and help each other—all in the best traditions of the genre. As you progress, a boat becomes available, allowing you to explore the islands in any order, rather than simply running through a linear scenario.
You can play solo, with the other character controlled by AI. You can also play with two players, either locally or online. The developers specifically designed a shared camera to heighten the claustrophobia and tension. The monster and world design is inspired by the characters’ personal traumas, adding depth to the story. It’s creepy, beautiful, and very atmospheric.
Resident Evil Requiem

Return to Raccoon City, but 28 years after the disaster. You play as two characters: FBI agent Grace Ashcroft (daughter of journalist Alyssa from Outbreak) and the legendary Leon Kennedy. Their stories intersect in the dilapidated city, where Grace searches for the truth about her mother’s death, and Leon investigates disappearances. The main villain is Victor Gideon, a former scientist for the Umbrella Corporation.
Grace’s gameplay is classic survival horror, with nods to the first games and even Outlast. There are almost no weapons, and you have to hide from a huge monster stalker who reacts to sounds and light. Grace is timid and clumsy, but as the game progresses, she gains confidence and gains access to weapons, including a revolver that can tear zombies apart.
Leon’s gameplay is pure action, in the spirit of the fourth game. Mr. Kennedy is brutal, experienced, and armed to the teeth. He uses axes, kicks, and even chainsaws stolen from enemies. The two halves of the game are contrasting: while the heroine trembles in the darkness, her companion stirs things up. Meanwhile, the world moves on—the zombies Grace kills remain dead for Leon, too.
Slay the Spire 2

Along the way, you’ll battle enemies, collect cards, potions, and relics, strengthen your deck, and constantly decide how to advance without making a fatal mistake. The game’s core is not reaction speed, but tactics: each battle requires you to think several moves ahead, combine cards, and adapt to random events.
In the new installment, the Spire awakens after a long period of slumber and proves even more dangerous. Players will encounter new enemies, traps, heroes, and plot mysteries that now delve much deeper. The main new feature is co-op for up to four players, allowing players to storm the Spire together. Slay the Spire 2 feels like a rare sequel that doesn’t break the foundation, but carefully expands upon it.

You’ll need to explore the station together: Diana kicks down doors and disables security systems, while Hugh clears the way.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight

The gameplay is promised to emphasize stealth over gunplay—the characters have no weapons, only improvised tools like a “wedge tool” for breaking down doors or stunning enemies. For the first time in the series, “Tipping Points” will appear—the ability to rewind a key decision and try a different path to avoid death. The game was timed to coincide with the series’ 30th anniversary, and was developed by Polish studio Flying Wild Hog (creators of Shadow Warrior and Evil West) in collaboration with Crystal Dynamics. Lara once again sports classic shorts and a tank top, shoots like a Macedonian, and gallops through ancient ruins. However, the updated heroine’s face was taken from the final game trilogy, and she most closely resembles her Shadow of the Tomb Raider self.
The plot remains the same: a tomb raider searches the globe for pieces of the “Legacy” artifact—from the jungles of Peru to Greek temples, Egyptian deserts, and a lost island in the Mediterranean. They promise to retain iconic moments like the battle with the T-Rex, but the gameplay will be brought up to modern standards: the controls and combat will be reworked, and the difficulty will be reduced for a more enjoyable experience.
The Blood of Dawnwalker

The protagonist , Cohen, is a half-vampire who, due to silver poisoning, is unable to complete his transformation. During the day, he is an ordinary human, vulnerable and weak, but at night, he gains superpowers and regeneration. He is given 30 days to save his family. There won’t be enough time—he must choose which missions to complete and which to skip. The outcome depends on his decisions, and the morality is murky: each villain has their own motives.
Grand Theft Auto VI

We can’t ignore the most talked-about game of 2026, which became such long before the release date was announced (which, incidentally, was repeatedly delayed). The action takes place once again in the sunny Vice City, a place we haven’t seen in a game in this series for twenty years.
As in the fifth game, there will be more than one protagonist—Lucia and Jason, who are in love with each other. Plot details are scarce, but judging by Red Dead Redemption 2, we’re in for something epic and grand. It’s just a shame that PC players won’t be able to experience this virtual Miami until 2027: the game will initially be released only on Xbox and PlayStation consoles.

This leads to the game’s key feature: consequences. Every decision affects how the villagers treat you, sometimes leading to unexpected results. A fairytale ending, as the developers say, isn’t guaranteed, but the series’ humor and charm remain.
